Job Description :

The human resource officer is responsible for implementing HR policies & providing support in the various hman resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, salary and benfits management, preformance management and employee advising. all in complilance with company rules and best practice.

Duties & Responsilbilties:

1- Run, administering and organizing annual evaluation.annual leaves, local leaves, sick reports and all other doucments related to personell matters
2-provide daily attendance report for different employed persons
3-coordinate with medical insurance body
4-updates the health insurance formalties
5- help keepup to date all social insurance data
6-coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comperhensive procedure is used to hire staff
7-follow up managing and organizing all employees files and records
8-organize workers and staff transportation
9-dealing with grievances and implementing displinary procedures
10-assist in running the EPSI interview
11-to look after the company's welfare programs and the the employee relation
12-supervise and perform dealing with trade union as directed to GM
13-authority: stop any unsafe acts or conditions
14-to perform any other duties required by HR Manager
