MUST HAVE STRONG ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS: SPEAKING, WRITING, AND TYPING
Roles & responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Serving and maintaining the office, including tidying up the office space.
Running errands and shopping for the manager whenever needed.
Arranging travel, visas, and accommodation for the manager whenever needed.
Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
Meeting and greeting clients in person on behalf of the manager.
Organizing and maintaining calendar and making appointments.
Dealing with incoming email, phone calls and messages, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
Give workshop presentations on current projects whenever needed.
Carrying out background research and presenting findings on new projects.
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
Carrying out specific projects and research;
Responsibility for accounts and budgets, keeping track of finances using Microsoft Excel and other software.
The ideal candidate will have all or most of the following skills & qualifications
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Impeccable written and oral communication skills
Fast typing in English & Arabic
High Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
Valid Driver's License (If you have a car that’s a PLUS!)
Quick thinker and Initiative Taker
The ability to work under pressure and still meet task deadlines.
Good organizational and time management skills
Honesty and reliability
Attention to detail
Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
