I.            Follow up for the safety equipments (extinguishers, fire fighting points and pumps, first aid kits, etc) and write periodic reports on it.

       II.            To adherence compliance with the PPEs and report the violations

    IV.            Co ordinate with the fire extinguishers contractor with the complaints and observations

      V.            Periodic inspection for the work areas

     IX.            Audit and inspect the cafeteria to make sure about the situation of the hygiene.

       X.            Stop the risky activities/unsafe behaviorsduring the work hours

     XI.            Assist in near misses/accident investigation _ Follow the corrective actions till it corrected

   XII.            Assist in the preparation of emergency response plans (medical evacuation, fire or explosion, environmental damage, etc)

 XIII.            To conduct fire drill scenario for all department.

 XIV.            Assist in maintaining, implementing, the HSE management systems  in the plant

  XV.            Upgrade the level of awareness among all personnel through communications (verbally notice boards or by e. mails, and HSE awareness

 XVI.            Ensure that contractors which worked for Savola edible oils company are safely and in compliance with Local regulations, and health & safety standards.

XVII.            Conduct safety induction to the contractor before start work.

XVIII.              Follow/Co ordinate with the pest control contractor with the complaints and observations to upgrade the hygienic conditions in the plant.

 XIX.            Follow up with casual supervisors to assure that all workers who are in direct contact of product Fitness/have health cards.

   XX.            Report all cases of environmental nonconformities in the plant.

 XXI.            Check and measure the environmental gases.

XXII.            Assist in environmental incidents investigations _ Follow the corrective actions till it corrected.

XXIII.            Follow up the waste management in the plant and write the necessary reportsincluding the violations and assure well disposing of waste) solid _liquid) according to waste disposal procedure

XXIV.            Assist in maintaining, implementing, improving the Environmental management system in the plant.

XXV.            coordinating all aspects of pollution control, waste management, recycling, and environmental health

XXVI.            ensuring compliance with environmental legislations

XXVII.            Make sure the forklift is working in a good condition, by doing weekly inspection.

XXVIII.            Auditing, inspecting, and reporting environmental situations through the plant.

XXIX.            Follow the cleaning activities (internal _ external areas) with cleaning company supervisor and send reports (audit results_ indexes % by sections_ monthly reports)

XXX.            Assist in Improvement of housekeeping standards.
