1)Co-coordinating projects execution and production (POSM/ branding/ media/ events/ outdoor), ensuring that all stages of the project are met according to client and creative brief, budget resources and deadlines deliverables.
2)Preparing periodical operations and production status reports and project budgets through regularly tracking and updating projects' progress.
3)Working across multiple projects and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems and building effective relationships with key departments and clients.
4)Tracking the work follow and reporting the operations and productions performance of the jobs they are handling alongside analytics and recommendations of corrective actions
5)Setting and tracking Operations and production time frames and ensure the related teams meet these timelines
6)Maintain sound relations with all staff and service providers (suppliers/stakeholders) in order to work towards the successful implementation of the marketing mission.
7)Ensure the quality of service requested by clients is met (POSM/ branding/ media/ events/ outdoor), by periodically monitoring and reviewing all suppliers’ job
