§ Manage, maintain and actively contribute towards an effective and efficient Spare Parts department.
§ Work closely with management to determine the objectives/targets of the Spare Parts team / department.
§ Deliver high levels of service to internal and external customers, ensuring that all needs are met within appropriate timeframe, whilst keeping informed the stakeholders involved of delays and other issues which may arise in the course of a transaction
§ Building strong relationships with vendors, service providers and parts suppliers.
§ Prepare parts purchase orders on DMS to fulfil retail/workshop and body shop requests.
§ Receive parts from suppliers into the DMS as per suppliers invoice.
§ Process suppliers invoices for payment , authorised by Parts Manager
§ Look for new ways to improve the effectiveness of the parts department
§ Report any possible health and safety issues to warehouse manager
§ Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports concerning purchases and customer orders according to needs and requests.
§ Keep your work area and parts department clean and tidy
§ Follow workplace procedures and instructions to achieve clean well organized office areas that adhere to occupational health and safety practices.
§ Perform other related duties as required.
