Job Description / Responisbilties

Main Job Purpose: -

To install, maintain and test copper/fiber telecommunication services across established and new networks. Ensuring that all work is completed in a safe environment within a timely and professional manner and adhering to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction requirements set out by our clients. - Works both inside and outside and take care of the installation troubleshooting and other technical aspects. Should have proper knowledge of various electronic components and computer operating systems. Look into routers and other networking equipment. Responsible to provide efficient and quality customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities: -

Install, diagnose, and maintain telecommunications services including associated components such as Voice (POTS / VOIP), Data (xDSL/FTTX/FWA). - Connect wires and cables to terminals and attaches/detaches various kinds of hardware to wires, cables, and buildings. - Resolve, repair and install CPEs and ensure that they work properly. - Develop sensor indicators and conduct timely inspections to make sure that faulty fiber optic system does not destabilize its performance - Execute premises cabling and take care of the underground, underwater, and overhead cabling requirements - Keep track of the signal strength of different devices such as routers, switch to provide adequate performance. - Formulate and maintain system records and system designs - Plan and manage customers retention with product management from each Exchange/OSP by ensuring stable services is provided and churned customers are re-activated. - To arrange and coordinate marketing activities with product management team to promote the fixed services on Exchange/OSP level - Manage customer retention and FLIP services promotional activities on Exchange/OSP level.

Job Requirements Education:

- Diploma of Telecom engineering, computer science or any related field - Fiber complete course certificate is considered Experience

 - Working experience in relevant field with strong background is an advantage/plus - Background in fiber/copper CPEs concept is plus.
