Job Title: Network Engineer
Reporting to: ICT Infrastructure Team Leader
Main Job Purpose:
Designing, implementing, monitoring network solutions for the group and external customers. Respond to customer requests and provide complete technical solutions.
.Job Technical Requirements:
- Provide technical support for all network issues
- Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless devices. Etc
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed and resolve network media and components
- Work on external customer requirements to provide technical solutions to meet their requirements.
- Respond to RFPs with complete proposal includes design of network, Bill of Quantities (BoQs), user acceptance test plan and project implementation plan.
- Provide on-site and remote project support of network & network security.
Job Minimum Requirements:
Education | Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering or Computer engineering. |
Experience | 3-5 years of progressive experience in relevant fields applications/protocols |
Languages | English: Professional |
| - Experience in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network and Security infrastructure devices, including firewalls, routers, switches, Wireless/controllers and access points, and monitoring applications. -Hands-on technical experience working with VPN technologies (IPSEC, SSL VPN, etc.). - Network certification (CCNA) or equivalent experience is preferred. - Excellent customer relationship - Excellent time management |
