Main Responsibilities
•Responsible for the developing, implementing and updating of health, safety and environmental systems.
•Health and safety of personnel within Morouj company (employees, customers, visitors and contractors)
•Adopting waste reduction and waste management programs
•Ensure fully Compliance of the legal requirements needed by governmental authorities
•Leading incident/accident investigation to identify root causes and take preventive actions
•Participation in HSE awareness
•Adopting programs to enhance HSE culture between the employees
•Assessing and minimizing risks resulting from operation activities which can directly affecting the safety of employees and causing damage to property
•Liaising closely with the managers, personnel and others to ensure problems/ issues are identified and solved at an earlier stage.
•Ensure Contractor safety system in place
•"Monitor the performance of the health, safety and environmental systems and take appropriate
•actions to improve it"
•Readiness for emergencies (equipment’s, safe routes, emergency teams, evacuation plans, ...)
•Holding management reviews meeting
•To be fully accountable for the quality, accuracy and effectiveness of reports, and KPI’s.
