Job Description / Responisbilties

Job Purpose


Area Sales Manager is responsible to generate revenue from an assigned geographical location by implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets. He manages and leads Field Sales Representatives conducts sales territory analyses and closes sales.


 


Main Responsibilities


·      -  Leading the sales team in the region to achieve the goals of the organization in the region.  


·        - Supervising sales in the region, following up on the sales plan, conducting analyzes, evaluating results, and proposing and modifying plans.


·        - Visiting potential and existing customers in order to provide information about the product and service provided to them by the region's team, answering their concerns and building brand awareness by meeting them.


·        - Create awareness of Morouj products in the community; proactively work on marketing and sales plans in alignment with the sales channels.


·        - Forecast and manage staffing requirements through schedules to meet customer service levels. 


·        - Writing periodic reports on the status of the region, including the current situation, and suggesting plans for the region's future growth.


·        - Monitoring warehouse balances and the extent to which products conform to the standards, and writing reports to the relevant authorities in the event of problems.


·        - Follow up the contracts concluded by the supervisors of the areas (stores - houses) with the relevant authorities and ensure the completion of the financial payments.


·        - Monitoring and following up the fixed assets of the company in the region and writing reports on them in case of need.


·        - Follow up the administrative aspects of the employees of the region and write periodic performance reports on their performance and everything related to them from the administrative point of view.


- Building good relationships with potential and current customers in the region and making regular visits to them.
