Job Description / Responisbilties








Key Responsibilities:                                                                       


 


§  Implementing systematic staff development procedures.


§  Providing counselling on policies and procedures.


§  Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.


§  Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.


§  Implements the hiring process and submits all relevant documentation to proper local authorities, as required by local labour law.


§  Implements the termination process (voluntary leave, dismissal, retirement, end of contracts etc.) and submits all relevant documentation to proper local authorities.


§  Maintains personnel files and updates their records.


§  Monitors personnel leave and updates the Leaves database.


§  Monitors employees' payroll related data (hiring, termination, sickness, maternity leave, unpaid leave, tax deductions, insurance contribution etc.) and submits the annual and monthly employer’s obligations to local authorities.


§  Acts as the contact point for employees’ requests regarding their rights and obligations.


§  Representing the group in the Labour office and courts regarding staff disputes


§  Co-operates with payroll team and prepares reports based on ongoing and ad-hoc requests.


§  Monitoring Medical Insurance paper work and collecting data form staff.


 



 









Minimum Qualifications & Experiences:


 


§  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field


§  Minimum 5 years of experience in equivalent position.


§  Proven strong employment relations experience in a big operation
