Job Description / Responisbilties

Checking and Approving all QC related documents.

·        Approving or rejecting of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products and in-process samples results.


·        Provide analytical support for market compliant cases.

·        Look after regulatory and statutory compliance related to Quality Control laboratories.

To allocate activities to QC Asst. Manager / Section Head / Supervisors and other subordinate staff


·        Review of standard operating procedures of other departments as required.

·        Review of Certificate of Analysis.

·        Safety co-ordination.

·        Tracking conditional release of finished product, Raw Material and Packaging Material.


·        Planning for the QC department.

·        Approve master packaging sample.

·        Performance Evaluation for subordinates.

·        Reviewing stability trends.

·        Approving Protocols of process validation, installation qualification, operation qualification, performance qualification, and design qualification.


·        Analytical Documents Review.

·        Approve validation reports.

Releasing / Quarantine / Rejecting of Raw Material, Packaging Material, In Process Material and Finished Products.


Managing and executing plans for development and increasing productivity for the department and supervising setting these plans for each of the organizational entities under supervision

·        Assisting controlling the technical performance of the department and setting Key Performance Indicators for monitoring the performance of the organizational entities under supervision.


·        Identifying training needs of subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of the training courses in coordination with the concerned employees in the HR & Admin Department.


Job Specification

University Degree in Engineering or any related field, A Master’s degree is preferred.

Minimum of  (12) years of experience in a similar field
