Job Description / Responisbilties

Job Purpose


L&D specialist responsible for the plan and administering programs that improve the skills and knowledge of Morouj’s staff. S/He ensures all Training needs among the department are relevant to business objectives and delivered. Coordinate with the HR team to implement effective onboarding programs and promote organizational culture.


Main Responsibilities


•Develops training and development programs and objectives.


•Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.


•Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.


•Deploy different kinds of learning methods companywide٫ such as coaching٫ online training, Team building and so on


•Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing


•Oversee Training budgets and negotiate contracts


•Collaborate with OD team to Promote Morouj's culture through training, newsletter, team building and other engagement activities.


•Conducting Training Needs Analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture requirements across the company


•Work closely with Talent team to organizing the New Hire Orientation program to enable easy settling-in of new staff.


Job-related Knowledge:                                                           


 Significant experience with effective learning and development methods


 Experience in project management and budgeting


 Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)


 Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.


 Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.


 Ability to design and implement effective training and development. "
