§Troubleshoot & resolve issues and problems by providing recommendations on issues related to parts, installation and processes.
§Provide technical consultation about products or services; identify, investigate, research and provide answers to client’s questions and problems
§Follow appropriate escalation path to resolve technical issues; including making follow up outbound calls to clients and after-sale service.
§Solve problems that are generally unstructured and require extensive use of conceptual thinking skills
§Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency
§Communicate with the appropriate departments for daily updates on parts consumption, invoices, inventory, and ordering.
§Monitor inventory to regulate and ensure availability of required vehicle parts and maintain the stock and sold outs
Assist in evaluating workload and plant capacity to determine feasibility of expanding or enhancing the operations and make recommendations for improvements
