- Answer customer incoming inquiries through DED call center to show the customers response to business activities
- Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company.
- Answer inbound calls, Engage in outbound call campaigns, and reduce cal transfer rate.
- Provide parts prices, availability and quotations to all DED calling customers
- Follow-up and track customers requested parts to generate leads
- Trace customer parts purchased with DED branches
- Highlight customer parts concerns and loss reasons for improvement
- Assist in all DED parts campaigns
- Diploma/Bsc Management or relevant degree.
- Minimum 1 years work experience in call center or customer service
