Job Description / Responisbilties

Job Purpose:

  • Answer customer incoming inquiries through DED call center to show the customers response to business activities


  • Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company.

  • Answer inbound calls, Engage in outbound call campaigns, and reduce cal transfer rate.

  • Provide parts prices, availability and quotations to all DED calling customers

  • Follow-up and track customers requested parts to generate leads

  • Trace customer parts purchased with DED branches

  • Highlight customer parts concerns and loss reasons for improvement

  • Assist in all DED parts campaigns


 Academic achievement:

  • Diploma/Bsc Management or relevant degree.


  • Minimum 1 years work experience in call center or customer service
