L&D specialist responsible for plan and administer programs that improve the skills and knowledge of Morouj’s staff. He ensures all Training needs among the department are relevant to business objectives and delivered. Coordinate with HR team to implement effective onboarding programs and promote organizational culture.
-Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and customers.
-Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives.
-Presents/ Designing training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.
-Carry out a skills assessment audit following the completion of the Appraisal to show the strengths, development areas for each department.
-Follow up with other departments in order to impalement PMS programs effectively
-Collaborate with OD team to Promote Morouj's culture through training, newsletter, team building and other engagement activities.
-Managing, monitoring and measure Effective internship programs
-Conduct Training & development Effectiveness analysis
-Assist in Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.
