•Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
•To Assist in Processing leaves, end of service, LTA including preparing accurate, relevant documentation and updating systems accordingly.
•Track various service requests of employee and the implementation of the approved decision, including but not limited to probation completion, extended medical leave.
•Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
•Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
•Ensure the timely and accurate update of all attendance and vacation records for all employees
•Follow up with employees' contracts, resignations, and hiring documents to ensure that employees’ files are complete and accurate
