Job Description / Responisbilties

 


We’re seeking a qualified sales Team Lead to help us sell the products and services that help improve the lives of people through our ICT solutions. Our ideal salesperson has a strong understanding of the sales process, and excels at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong listening and negotiating skills, and someone with presence who can showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, , it’s essential that our salesperson be approachable and professional. His or her efforts will help us extend our regional reach and impact.


Main Job Purpose:

Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings

Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining

insight to the needs and lifestyle of the client

Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas

Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships

Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field

Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research

Accountabilities, Tasks, Duties:

Providing product demonstrations to staff and clients, and taking the lead in

resolving complaints.

Analyzing sales team performance and scheduling training/refresher sessions

accordingly.

Conducting market research and sharing findings with the team.

Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base.

Setting sales targets and implementing incentives.

Human ResourcesAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Providing accurate sales forecasts and allocating resources so targets are met.

Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust, and

encouraging the rest of the sales team to follow this example.

Keeping up-to-date with advancements in marketing.

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,

competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Work Environment: Outdoor 80% , Indoor 20%

Competencies & Needed Skills:

Proven work experience as a Sales Lead\Supervisor

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive

business professional relationships

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Job Minimum Requirements, Education, Experience & Language :

bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred

Experience in B2B or Technology

Familiarity with marketing and CRM platforms

A minimum of five years’ experience in sales role or similar experience

Demonstrated ability to remain focused on targeted tasks, priorities and deadlines

Able to conceptualize/explain complex concepts and ideas in a clear and

concise manner using outstanding presentation and communication skills (in

person and over the phone.

Valid driver's license.

Communication with English language is highly preferable.
