This position provides a broad range of professional employee relations activities including but not limited to: employee consulting, conflict resolution, complaint investigation, policy interpretation and the preparation and delivery of related summary reports and recommendations. Interacts with all levels of leadership regarding legal compliance, discipline, terminations, and negotiated separations.HR policies and programs, insuring that the organization is in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In addition, the position works closely with the Director of Human Capital in developing, implementing and evaluating ongoing HR policies, programs, functions, services and activities.
