Purposes:
- To drive and handle the technical evaluation stage of the sales process, work in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for Company’s products in order to meet regular sales targets.
Duties:
Product Demonstration
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations to ensure clients and staff are well versed in the product therefor meeting regular sales target.
Product Specification
- Determine the right technical product specification and provide assistance to the sales force in order to ensure the right product is used for the right purpose.
Customer Requirements
- Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams and the supplier to ensure a continuous customer satisfaction.
Company Representation
- Present company’s products to customers at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc. in order to ensure brand loyalty.
Sales Territory
- Monitor and coordinate sales territory in order to offer needed advice to remote clients.
Technical Support
Qualification:
- Provide technical support for service team as at when required to ensure continuous collaboration and delivery.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant to the field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in service
- Minimum 1 years experience in sales
