Job Description / Responisbilties


  • To provide administrative support to Sales staff with emphasis on sales Administration tasks with the objective of increasing team efficiency and providing a sustainable infrastructure In which sales can grow.


Process Analysis


  • To track and monitor the execution of supply chain requests (Purchases, Sales, inventory movement etc...) ensuring all requests are handled within targeted lead times.

Sales Management


  • To coordinate Management of Sales Orders ensuring: documents compliance. discounts are authorized, timely invoicing, and updated collection records.

  • To disseminate and communicate Standard operating procedures [SOP‘s] and policies and report any deviation from, or violation to these SOP’s or policies.

Sales Analysis

  • To report sales status on daily basis to the relevant audiences.

  • To keep a log of last sales and communicate to relevant audience.

Tenders Operations

  • To manage tender operations.


  • To Issue Payment Requisitions in the ERP system.

  • To  Provide administrative support to  Staff in: Sales team loans and clearance, company vehicles booking, sales trips arrangements.



  • Bachelor Degree in Management a closely related field.


  • 2 -3 years of relevant experience in Admin environment.
