Utility Technician
Job Descriptions:
Ø Responsible for the cost-effective operations of Boiler, Ammonia compressor, CO2 Plant, Low pressure air compressor, High pressure air compressor, and, Cooling tower, and Evaporative condenser, and Water treatment plant.
Ø Carry out the service, repair, and maintenance of Boiler, Ammonia compressor, CO2 Plant, Low/High pressure air compressor, and Water treatment plant.
Ø Responsible for the readings, records, and monitors the parameters for the daily operations of Utility equipment.
Ø Maintain the Water treatment plant system in the hourly basis to ensure effective operation.
Ø Ensure adequate supply of water is maintained.
Ø Awareness with the production supervisor needs during bottling operation.
Ø Ensure to complete tasks on time with quality workmanship and safely to required standards.
Ø Maintain daily shift turnover with the counterpart Utility technician.
Ø Executes preventive maintenance during shutdown.
Ø Ensure that all preventive and emergency work orders assigned are to be completed on time.
Ø Responsible for all mechanical equipment breakdowns, corrective actions and counter-measures for Utility equipment.
Ø Able to report at work at any given time as necessary.
Ø Maintain effective Health and Safety system.
Ø Adherence to all Statutory Standards and Regulations.
Ø Maintain a high level of attendance.
