Job Description / Responisbilties

                 Supervise and manage Sales, parts and service departments to achieve se targets.


                    Develop and oversee sales strategies.


                    Build and maintain strong partnerships and relationships with suppliers.


                    Build strong relationships with key clients.


                     Develop long term sales goals.


                    Observe local and national trends in the market.


                    Develop and introduce new business/profit centres for the company.


                    Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.


                    Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products.


                    Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients.


                    Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.


                    Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.


                    Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.


                   Draft detailed and accurate sales reports


                        Experience in ERP systems.


        •             You must be a confident, strong communicator who takes pride in being customer focused, but can also be             assertive when required.


        •              Strong people management skills, both those under direct and indirect control.


        •              Strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving, and ability to summarise conclusions succinctly.


        •              Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple projects and meet deadlines.


        •              Excellent business acumen/ability to deal with ambiguity.


        •              Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.


        •              Flexibility and comfort with continuous change, willingness to take on challenges.


        •              High degree of dedication to improvement and strong sense of ownership.


        •              Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
