To deliver effective procurement solutions for projects and on-going requirements whilst managing risks to an appropriate level, in order to support DAL Mining in improving procurement processes, value received from its suppliers and engagement with the internal stakeholder.

    Sourcing all company needs of a wide variety of goods and services (e.g. mining & drilling  equipment/tools, information & communication technology, laboratory equipment and  instruments, foodstuffs, building maintenance materials, office supplies, furniture, etc.) locally and  globally by applying market intelligence, to ensure continuous improvement of both the contractual relationship and departmental processes.

    Ensuring smooth and uninterrupted supply of goods and services by applying good principles of Supply Chain Management to ensure the continual of the supply flow.

    Monitoring supply market, and identifying potential source of supply, while assisting in rationalizing the supplier base by selecting, coordinating, appraising the performance of  suppliers, and keeping up‐to‐date supplier records.

    Controlling and reducing the cost by consistently procuring the required supplies in the most efficient manner, at the right time, quality, quantity, price delivered to the right place, and reducing or eliminating wastage in the procedure
    
    
  
  
  
  


• Suppliers Relationship

    Maintaining constructive relationships with suppliers; and conduct procurement activities in an ethical, socially responsible and environmentally friendly way.
    
    
  
  
  
  


• Report

    Prepare Weekly Updates Report, and monthly procurement activities reports to support the management in taking the right decisions.
    
    
  
  
  
  


• Suppliers’ payments
  
  
  
  • 
    
    Process all necessary documentation & follow up suppliers payments, to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and continuity of supply.
    
    
  
  
  
  

• Minimum 5 Years experience in procurement
