Job description
- Customer Portfolio building:
- Identify, through Trade qualification process, the Trade Marketing target universe in his area
- Recruit the targeted outlets, "partnership program" presentation, and retailers adherence negotiation
-Keep his portfolio updated on a regular basis "monthly", whilst cleaning the closing, inactive... and replacing them, as per the recruitment procedure.
RTM execution:
- Respect and execute a daily/weekly routing, in close coordination with Merchandising Lead, and Sales Force team
- Build a strong relationship with his customers through regular visits
- Ensure an optimized coverage of his area through the portfolio segmentation/calls #/month
Merchandising Program Execution as per JTI standards:
- Implement Merchandising plans and initiatives to ensure the JTI Brands visibility and awareness:
- Achieve the qualitative and quantitative KPIs in term of POSM placement, whilst ensuring its effectiveness by placing the right support in the right outlet
- Ensure maintenance and follow up of the placed POSM in his area, by handling the physical cleaning, planograming and eventually lighting of each item in his area
- Monitor the POSM status in his area, and identify any new visibility/Merchandising opportunities in his area (Such as Kiosks branding)
Trade programs and promotions:
- Execute Trade programs and promotions, within his area, and eventually in other areas/provinces, to achieve the assigned objectives in term of JTI brands performance:
- Achieve the JTI products listing and availability KPI’s through a strong coordination with the distributor Sales force
