Job Description / Responisbilties

Purposes



  • To follow up and monitor corporate adherence to compliance policies, procedures & practices across all business units. In addition to liaising with all business units to drive optimum financial performance, process control and value creation.


Duties:

 




  • Standards & procedures:

    • Coordinate the establishment, implementation & monitoring of standards & procedures.

    • Conduct periodic assessments to ensure identifying, preventing, detecting and correcting noncompliance with applicable rules and regulations.



  • Policies and Procedures:

    • Ensure that all employees are aware & liable to the code of conduct that reflects company values and policies.



  • Business process mapping:

    • Liaise with relevant departments to collect & update all departmental processes and ensure they reflect the actual operations, authorities and accountabilities.



  • Compliance Reporting & Data Analytics:

    • Prepare periodic compliance assessment reports to reflect findings, nonconformists & mitigation recommendations

    • Prepare internal compliance KPIs report to ensure the function objectives are met.



  • Training and Communication:

    • Coordinate training sessions to be delivered periodically to all employees to ensure alignment with business objectives, policies, procedures and compliance status.





 



  • Qualifications :

    • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Business Administration



  • Experience:

    • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Compliance, Process Management or Business Development



  • Skills, & knowledge:


    • ISO Lead Auditor Training.

    • Fluent in English

    • Integrated Management Systems

    • Knowledge of Standard Accounting Practices & Procedures

    • Critical Thinker /Problem-Solving.

    • Compliance Management

    • Analytical Skills & Data Reporting

    • Policies Practices
