Job Description / Responisbilties

  • Implement Key Customers Activities

    •  Provide all customer needs and requests from the customer and company side to achieve win-win solutions

  •  Potential Key Accounts

    • Provide special services to management’s targeted customers to prepare the sales and PSSR to approach the customers and make business deals.

  • Identify Key Customers SMART Needs

    • Provide customer focus team with customer insights information based on their research and direct contact with the customer that will guarantee SLA.

  • Personalize VIP Customer Service

    • Establish a customized communication channel with top VIP customers to build a strong relationship with the customer

  • Control Key Customer Profile Database

    • Provide accurate customer vehicle information to involved departments to have a clean database

  • Conduct Regular Site Visit:

    • Visit key customers on a regular basis to capture customer’s needs and build relation

  • Resolve Key Customers Complicated Cases

    • Support key account customers through resolving their complaints on management level

  • Upsell/Cross-sell

    • Encourage key accounts to make more sales with DMC on every touch-point with them

  • Facilitate Workshops

    • Coordinate customer's maintenance plan with the workshops to assure efficient service

  • Assure the quality of the process

    • Provide service to customer based on business standards and assure the safety of process to meet business requirements.                          



  • Diploma/Degree in Management or related field.


  • Minimum 1 year work experience in customer service

  • Computer Literate.                                           

  • MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).                                      

  • Telephone etiquette.                                            

  • Problem solving.                                           

  • Time Management.
