Utility Technician Job Descriptions: Responsible for the cost-effective operations of Boiler, Ammonia compressor, CO2 Plant, Low pressure air compressor, High pressure air compressor, and, Cooling tower, and Evaporative condenser, and Water treatment plant. Carry out the service, repair, and maintenance of Boiler, Ammonia compressor, CO2 Plant, Low/High pressure air compressor, and Water treatment plant. Responsible for the readings, records, and monitors the parameters for the daily operations of Utility equipment. Maintain the Water treatment plant system in the hourly basis to ensure effective operation. Ensure adequate supply of water is maintained. Awareness with the production supervisor needs during bottling operation. Ensure to complete tasks on time with quality workmanship and safely to required standards. Maintain daily shift turnover with the counterpart Utility technician. Executes preventive maintenance during shutdown. Ensure that all preventive and emergency work orders assigned are to be completed on time. Responsible for all mechanical equipment breakdowns, corrective actions and counter-measures for Utility equipment. Able to report at work at any given time as necessary. Maintain effective Health and Safety system. Adherence to all Statutory Standards and Regulations. Maintain a high level of attendance.
