Job Description / Responisbilties

§  Operate machine by following Standard Operating Practicies (Do CIP and caustic preparation (Washer Operator.

§  Make sound judgments about whether or not to stop the machine when problems are identified.

§  Able to clean, Lubricate and check machine properly in order to maintain performance.

§  Diagnose breakdowns at the applicable level and Capture short stops.

§  Carry out a physical analyses of problem phenomena.

§  Make the link between machinery performance and quality characteristics.

§  Check the range within which the static and dynamic precision of machines and equipment must be maintained.

§  Finding root causes of breakdowns in line with competence level.

§  Replace basic parts and Support technicians with overhauls and PM work.

§  Carry out Operator PM tasks.

§  Avoid waste and reduce time taken for changeovers, Setups and  adjustments.

§  Identify opportunities for OPL's.

§  Detect abnormalities to eliminate minor stops and break downs and carry out improvements to reduce these.

§  Carry out improvements to extend the life of machine parts, reduce speed losses,  reduce quality defects and methods and procedures.

§  Improve safety of work and machinery.

§  Perform all duties to ensure 100% compliance to KORE and quality requirements.

§  Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
