v Prepare new PCs with necessary software.
v Install, configure and upgrade operating systems and softwares.
v Provide primary Service Desk requests and incidents support to users.
v Resolve problems by remotely or onsite.
v Create login accounts and email addresses for new users.
v Attend to Service Desk requests and incidents on account of hardware OS and desktop software such as word, excel, outlook etc.
v Install and configure desktops, notebooks, and peripherals such as printers, scanners and related hardware.
v Initial trouble shooting for PC hardware and Technical issues
v Resolving network issues.
v Following up with employees to ensure the problem is resolved.
v Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks with Systems Management Tools.
v Troubleshooting systems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
v Finding solutions to incidents & problems be it through creating a desktop short cut or fixing a major fault on the operating system; replacing parts as necessary; supporting installation of new applications.
v Ensure of applying information security policy.
v Update PCs with current patches and security fixes.
v Perform any tasks requested by the management related to Job title.
v To perform other roles as shall be assigned by General Manager.
