Job Description / Responisbilties

Position summery:

    To provide comprehensive administration services in line with company policies and procedures in order to enable the company to achieve its business plans.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

    Government Relations:
        Ensure that all authorities’ related payments/licenses are paid/renewed, to ensure uninterrupted company business
    Administration Services:
        Provide comprehensive Administration services in line with the policy to ensure employee satisfaction and optimal cost
    Fleet Management:
        Monitor and maintain company fleet to ensure availability of vehicles when required and transportation of employees
    Office Services:
         Improve the office services provided to ensure high quality, lead time and optimal cost
    Company Accommodation:
        Organize and manage housing to ensure that all units are adequately furnished and maintained in accordance with company standards
        Follow up cleaning and maintenance work of company buildings, to ensure all buildings are fully operational and clean at all times
        Organize and manage insurance agencies to ensure that all policies are issued on time, records are well kept, claims filed on time, follow up claim settlement and payment of agency commission.
    Record Keeping:
        Ensure that company records are properly updated and kept

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

    A University degree
    Formal qualification in Administration.


    3 years in an administration job

Required Skills & Knowledge:

    Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external parties
    Ability to deal and negotiate effectively with external parties at all levels
    Numerate, analytical, attention to detail
    Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
    Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
    Able to multitask and work on a variety of activities simultaneously
    A strong-sense of teamwork
    Fluency in English language
    Experience with computer and MS Office Apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
