Job Description / Responisbilties

Ensure That the customer is updated day by day regard the status of his shipment as well the GM and sales Manager ▪

Follow up day by day all related departments regard the status and participate in solving issues if happened ▪

Prepare the selling contracts according to the agreed conditions and after confirmation submit copy to finance and Operation DEPs ▪

Follow up directly with the finance for payment process of any deal (Advance and balance payment) ▪

Follow up with customers any miss shipment or shortage may happen, and follow up the process of the claim from insurance company and as well the refunding of the customer ▪

Maintain an accurate daily and monthly Sales reports ▪

Link the sales quantities and the stock in the BUs and prepare the orders for each BU ▪

Create the communication groups with customers and HOD who is related for the deal ▪

Ensure that all related documents related to the shipment are done in perfect way, such as, COO, Fumigation, Phyto, Insurance, third party surveyor ▪

Implement OTIF concept ▪

Assist in coordination and marketing while exhibitions domestically or overseas ▪

Prepare the meeting with customer domestically and overseas ▪

Ensure to have all supporting documents and material which assist us in sales agreements ▪

Assist the sales manager in Creating clear standard operating policy and procedure (SOPP) for sale ▪

Providing training for sales team ▪

Manage the sales department budget and ensure that is well maintain, such as, travel, marketing, bonus, training, accommodation ..ETC

Express and orient the clients about The group strength and capability ▪

To organize ticket sales for a special events or to manage the sales process for businesses that hold events regularly ▪

prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them ▪

Directly maintain and follow up the Websites and other customers enquiry including social media ▪

To be aware about the client countries trading law and regulations and act the deal accordingly ▪

Provide the advises in any deal according to the international trading organization
