1.Design & develop HR strategy aligned with the business needs, accordingly develop the department goals, objectives, and systems.
2.Develop, manage, design and implement policies and administrative procedures and conduct annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness to ensure standardized working conditions in line with board mandate.
3.Develop and update the organizational structure based on identified manpower needs & forecast linked with the business strategy, organizational goals and objectives.
4.Conduct job analysis & evaluation to determine each job duties and responsibilities and make a regular update for the job descriptions.
5.Managing candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle (pre-screening process, short list, competency base interview, job offer, Medical check-up, contracting, on boarding, probation period)
6.Conduct training needs analysis, develop & prepare the yearly training plan & calendar, through assessing, designing and facilitating training programs, and oversee its fulfillment.
7.Develop and administers programs/processes to embed performance management across the organization, ensuring managers have the implementation tools and skills necessary for effective objective setting, performance assessments and feedback conversations.
8.Execute benefits plans participation such as medical & social insurance program.
9.Conduct all the personnel transactions such as attendance, vacations, disciplinary act, salary payments, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations.
10.Design salary scale, conduct an annual salary market survey, recommend and implement salary increments and adjustments, incentives, bonus to provide competitive remuneration package..
11. motivation and reward to employees consistent with HR and corporate strategy to maintain internal & external equity.
