Job Description / Responisbilties


v  Records the attendance of workers in shifts separately, and reports it to the shift engineer.


v  To ensure that labors do the attendance via the biometric attendance device.


v  To ensure that all labors are committed to the factory uniform and safety kits.


v  To assign each labor to a specific machine, and ensures proper training on how to handle it.


v  Monitoring the machine’s performance and efficiency and report any issues or damages.


v  Organizing and assigning workers for the required operations in coordination with the shift engineer.


v  Adhere to and ensure safety policies in the manufacturing process.


v  Apply shift schedules based on weekly production plans and needs.


v  Plan the production target for each shift and ensure that it is achieved


v  Ensure the good behaviors and Conducts by the workers during work shifts


v  Monitor workers' rest and sleep times during shifts


v  Ensures the needs of manpower in each shift, coordinate them properly, and follow up on that


v  Ensuring the production hall is clear before and after the working shift, and to ensure the personal hygiene of labors too


v  Monitoring the quality of produced goods


v  Submit daily reports on workers' performance in shifts


v  Manage the Labors permission in coordination with HR Department


v  Organize workflow and ensure that workers understand their duties or tasks delegated to them


v  Monitor workers productivity and provide constructive feedback and required trainings


v  Takes complaints and solve problems


v  Transferring information from management to workers and vice versa, and acts as a focal person for any Labors requests.


v  To perform other roles as shall be assigned by General Manager.
