Job Description / Responisbilties

 


v  Assists the HR Manager in planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.


 


v  Assists the HR Manager to maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.


 


v  Assist the HR Manager in recruitment requests, by coordinating interviews, tests, and selections of candidates


 


v  Administering monthly Salaries, Social Insurance reconciliation, Personal Income Tax deductions, and ensure timely and proper issuance of the monthly payroll.


 


v  To be responsible of administering and running the day to day activities of the HR department.


 


v  To assist the HR Manager in the development of proper administrative system and routines


 


v  Implement HR policies, practices, and procedures, and ensure compliance with legal laws


 


v  Run, administering and organizing annual evaluations, annual leaves, local leaves, sick reports and all other documents related to personnel matters.


 


v  follow up managing, updating and organizing all employees' files and records


 


v  Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.


 


v  To keep up-to-date all EPs personnel records and process any changes regarding the relevant personal circumstances of each employee.


 


v  To administer the Company’s HR system and Data Base


 


v  To administer the performance appraisal system including the provision of any necessary support


 


v  To organize workers and staff transportation and other administrations


 


v  Provide daily Attendance report for different Employed Persons.


 


v  Administering the daily/Monthly Attendance, and provides periodic reports to the management


 


v  To organize, direct and supervise staff affairs


 


v  To perform other roles as shall be assigned by the HR Manager and/or General Manager.
