v Enhances the Factory’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
v Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
v Supports the factory with recruitment requests, by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, in coordination with the head of department, on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
v Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management
v Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource policies
v To be responsible of administering and running the day to day activities of the HR department.
v Contribute to the development of proper administrative system and routines
v Prepare the overall manpower plan & organization structure in coordination with the GM & department heads
v Administer reviewing departmental recruitment requests, and manpower plans
v Facilitate, issue and payment of all the employees’ benefits as stated by the company policy and the other Governmental laws and regulations.
v Give mature HR advices to the top and the middle Management of the company in all HR matters.
v Implement HR policies, practices, and procedures, and ensure compliance with legal laws
v Authority: stop any unsafe acts or conditions/issues or operations/processes
v To keep up-to-date all EPs personnel records and process any changes regarding the relevant personal circumstances of each employee.
v To administer the Company’s HR system and Data Base
v To administer the performance appraisal system including the provision of any necessary support
v To represent the company before the government and its local authorities in all matters regarding staff and worker.
v To organize workers and staff transportation and other administrations
v Administering the daily/Monthly Attendance, and provides periodic reports to the management
v To organize, direct and supervise staff affairs
v To perform other roles as shall be assigned by General Manager.
