Job Description / Responisbilties

 


v  To manage and supervise the implementation of The Factory’s financial policy and procedures.


 


v  To manage all financial activities of the Company.


 


v  To monitor The Company’s working capital cycle.


 


v  To safeguard The Company’s financial resources.


 


v  To follow-up the execution of the Contracts from the financial point of view.


 


v  To monitor the Accounts Receivables, follow up of collections and preparation of the Aging analysis reports.


 


v  To follow up the price changes on the inventories and take necessary actions.


 


v  To prepare and update periodically suitable costing for products.


 


v  To communicate with Authorities regarding Costing, Taxes and other Government Dues.


 


v  To approve and sign all checks or cash being paid out by the Factory.


 


v  To plan and prepare budget in coordination with other departments to be presented to the GM.


 


v  To ensure all Factory’s properties are insured with an insurance company.


 


v  To supervise checks, cash and stocks.


 


v  To sign all adjustment journals.


 


v  Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.


 


v  Advising on investment activities and provide strategies that the Factory should take


 


v  Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management.


 


v  Maintains a solid accounting system.


 


v  Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.


 


v  Reviews financial reports.


 


v  Prepares financial forecasts.


 


v  Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.


 


v  Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.


 


v  Assists management to make financial decisions.


 


v  Investigates means to improve profitability.


 


v  Reviews and processes payments of the company.


 


v  Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.


 


v  Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.


 


v  To perform other roles as shall be assigned by General Manager.
