Greeting the visitors and customers.
· Receiving calls from different clients and also dialing calls for collecting certain required information.
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and possible deliveries
· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges where necessary)
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, faxing and emailing
Mmust have strong english and arabic skills
