Job Description / Responisbilties

 






10 years in HR Coordination Support services position for Bachelor Degree holder or 7-8 years for Master Degree holder.


 


 








  • Handling the Recruitment & Hiring Process.




  • Updating employees' files.




  • Review the employees’ time attendance sheets and prepare the monthly payroll and pay slip.




  • Indemnity calculation and preparing final settlements.




  • Preparing employees’ training schedules.




  • Preparing annual vacation plans.




  • Supervise the work visas and business visit visas issuance process and follow up with


    government agencies.




  • Communication with insurance companies (Quotation requests, renewal of insurance policies,


    addition and deletion of employees and their family members...).




  • Responsible for following up with the labor office and other governmental agencies.




  • Compliance and application of company internal policies and procedures.




  • Drafting all necessary internal memos and ensure to receive the proper signatures.




  • Oversees the development and implementation of the department’s policies and processes.




  • Ensures that department’s operations plan, policies, and processes are aligned with the overall


    goals and objectives.




  • Prepares and defines the department’s cost optimization, staffing and budgeting projections.




  • Monitors the department’s expenditures while ensuring it is working within defined budget


    parameters.




  • Oversees, manages, and directs the Support Services department’s operations.




  • Ensures that the department’s services are performed up to defined standards and in a timely


    manner.




  • Resolves services related issues and matters raised from different departments.




  • Develops Service Level Agreements with different departments ensuring proper execution of the


    same.




  • Supports and assists departments in identifying required support services based on experience,


    future budget, business needs and expansions plans.




  • Ensures Support Services related contracts and agreements conform to the laws and regulations


    of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Sudan.




  • Conducts periodic tours to projects in order to ensure compliance with the Support Services


    policies and standards.




  • Ensures proper provision and supply of products and services to different departments.




  • Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
