•100% implementation of credit policy by following established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
•Review the new customer’s files before implementation into the ERP, by ensuring that all clients have valid contracts and mortgage as per the sales policy.
•Receiving documents from lab and verify the validity of data (Qty. - price- suppler no. Signature) and then matching it with the Delivery /invoice daily & monthly.
•Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems.
•Processing and reconciliation of invoices and delivery notes.
•Ensuring timely payment of debts and following up on payments as needed.
•Process Customers Credit Memos after ensuring proper approval.
•Regular quarterly reconciliation of accounts balances of customers with Amounts.
•Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors’ DSO.
•Regular revision of customers’ accounts to propose adjustments needed to inactive accounts, provisions, write offs…etc.
•Producing monthly financial and management reports.
•Send weekly AR aging report with customer’s balances and Checks under collection to the sales team.
•Attend periodic Credit committee meetings and follow up on the action plan of the meeting.
•Assisting in general financial management and analysis and other tasks by management.
BSc. Degree in Finance / Accounting or any relevant field
2-3 years’ experience

•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
•Good business acumen for problem solving.
•Competency with large ERP systems.
•Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a demanding workload
