Job Title:Activity Member

Reports To:Games Supervisor

The Expectations of an Activity Member

To create a fun and exciting environment across all areas of Tara Sports Center while delivering excellent hospitality and entertainment for individuals and parties. Ensure the best possible level of Customer Service at all times through successful training in all areas of the Tara Sports Center including Trampoline Park, Laser Tag, PlayStation/9D VR, Bumper Cars, Ice Skating, Soft Play Area and Outdoor Acivities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

•To smile.

•To greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner

•To strive to achieve a “nothing is too much trouble” attitude

•To be familiar with all products within all areas of the Tara Sports Center and to have full knowledge of all current promotions

•To constantly be alert to all sales opportunities and actively seek to offer products and services available to meet guests needs

•To strive to constantly achieve operating standards

•To be able to competently operate the Reception booking systems and all till’s

•To ensure that you are fully aware of Health & Safety regulations and work in a clean and safe manner to minimise the risk to guests and colleagues

•To ensure that the Center is clean and tidy at all times

•To have full knowledge of all activieties and prices

•To host and entertain individuals and parties to a high standard of service

•To ensure that all customers use correct safety procedures whilst using the facilities

•To attend and participate fully in all team meetings as requested by the Management 


•To attend and participate in all training sessions as requested by the Management 


•To take personal ownership for the achievement of all objectives as agreed at the annual appraisal and / or feedback from meetings

•To ensure personal appearance and behavior is to company standard at all times• To ensure that all possible steps are taken to minimize or prevent loss or damage to company property or assets, including information

•To ensure fair and equal treatment to all individuals in line with legislation and company policy

▪ To lead by example and encourage all colleagues to participate and work together

Your role will require you to be fully flexible as you will be required to work on a shift basis (Early Shift and Late Shift)
