Core purpose of the Job: (Short description)
•To formulate and direct the implementation of the Sales Strategy that enables the company to meet its business objectives. That is through:
Sales plans (volume, contribution, margin, collection).
Sales targets / Reports.
Market agents and distributions.
company Sales distribution is focused on 5 states within the Sudanese domestic market it composed of both whole state & Khartoum & others state retailers only on Khartoum.

Key Tasks: Indicates those KPA’s that are essential to the position itself. These are normally specific to the incumbent, the job, and the function. Excludes role and leadership / management.
1.Prepare and get approve the annual sales plan and budget for the different company brands which will meet company budget and business planning requirements.
2.Organizes, control and motivate sales force to achieve sales objectives within agreed profit margins total sales revenue.
3.Select, train, and develop sales personnel to the caliber necessary to meet the current and long term needs of the department.
4.Monitor change in the market situation and legislative requirements, and recommend or implement action to meet changing circumstances as required.
5.Assist to ensure the company's product development and promotional plans are understood and implemented at all levels to give the optimum level of impact.
6.Represent the company at senior levels within the customer base to ensure the image of company’ is maintained and enhanced, as an aid to achieve sales targets.
7.Contribute to the development of marketing plans and technical improvements to products/ brands to help maintain the company's position in the market shares.
8.Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements
9.Responsible for upholding a safe work environment.
10.Conduct weekly/monthly and upon request reports.
11.Perform Ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

•Responsible to Direct staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports.

•Work in EBIZ System and all the computerized tools to represent the sales data.
Vulnerabilities: Refers to the latent difficulties, or things that could potentially go wrong that affect a specific position.

Internal: with all departments with focus on Production, Finance & Marketing.
External: Agents Distributors & traders in Khartoum & the other 5 States.

Minimum Requirements: Minimum necessary, and not the ideal/preferred should be included.
•Degree in Business Administration post graduate is preference.
•Minimum 12 -15 years’ experience in Sales and distribution field, i.e.
•Proven Managerial experience, as a Sales Manager
•Professional English and Arabic knowledge, in both writing and speaking
•Strong skills in computer applications especially MS Excel, Word, Power Point.

•Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic Influencing and negotiation skills.
•Understanding of Marketing principles and activities
•Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
