1. To be responsible for customer Management, Mediation, Rating, Billing, Provisioning, Resource Management, Bundles, Billing Cycles, Collection, Dunning, Dealers Management.
2. To be responsible for customer Care Complaints Handling and Request Fulfillment Management.
3. To be responsible for troubleshooting and Incidents Handling.
4. Have a deep interest in telecom technology and willing to think about ways to solve problems.
5. Perform preventive maintenance activities, health check
6. Ability to interpret and apply IT/Telecom best practice methods/processes
1. Education Background: Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication/Computer Engineering
2. Work experience: 3+ years of working experience in the CBIO/CBS field or similar area.
3. Language: Excellent written and oral English communication
4. Knowledge about billing systems and Products.
5. Knowledge on mobile network topology.
6. Knowledge on Linux, Oracle , SQL and Network Administration.
7. Familiar with the hardware ( Servers / Storage / Switches )
8. Have a strong logical thinking ability, a good communication ability, and be interested in learning new technologies and conquering difficulties.
