Job Description :

Responsibilities and Related Tasks:

1.       Solely accountable for delivering, upgrading, and managing Mugtama Platform.

2.       Plan, execute and oversee the operational plans.

3.       Plan and control the milestone plan and meeting the deadlines.

4.       Set, manage and oversee budgeting, and auditing.

5.       Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.

6.       Participate in recruiting the operational team.

7.       Support and closely follow up with the operational team.

8.       Provide the required analysis, data, inputs, and clarifications to the IT development team.

9.       Validate, review, test, monitor and control the IT development deliverables.

10.   Provide regular reports to CEO of YN, and keeping the Project Consultant on the loop.

11.   Ensure all the team members achieved their assigned tasks and update their actions trackers.

12.   Overseeing the stakeholder’s management and meet their expectations.

13.   Build the operational SLA with YN CEO and the Technical SLA with IT team.

14.   Support YN CEO to build and sign the Service Agreements Contract with Donors.

15.   Prepare the project and operation documentation updated and signed by the respective stakeholder.

16.   Liaise and collaborate with the other internal department.

17.   Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

18.   Any other related operational activities.

Personal Specification

Knowledge and skills required

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management or management or any related field.

  • Experience in management, operations, and leadership.

  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting is required.

  • Great MS Office skills are required.

  • Bilingual with excellent English language and writing skills is required.

  • Experience of Humanitarian and Development work is asset.

  • Professional reporting, documentation, communication, and writing skills are required.

  • Good understanding of IT, programming, or UX designing is an asset.

  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among different partners, clients, and the team.
