1. Communicated with customers, collected, understood and sorted out customer needs, and output service proposal (HLD);

2. completed the design of a professional service scheme based on customer demand, and formulated delivery scheme (LLD) and plan;

3. Value presentation and routine report;

Qualification Requirement


1. Have basic communication industry knowledge background or be familiar with data analysis

2. Familiar with and capable of independent data analysis and modeling association.

3. Rich working experience in communication or data analysis industry (more than 5 years), familiar with database, data mining algorithms and principles;

4. Rich experience in data mining and analysis; Knowledge of the telecom industry, one of the following requirements is preferred: familiar with the operator process architecture and CRM, Billing, BI and other systems, familiar with the core network CS/PS optimization.

5. Professional knowledge of wireless network planning, network optimization, core network, and data communication; Rich experience in mobile communication engineering/maintenance, or data mining;

6. Understand the basic operation and maintenance structure of operators and have basic knowledge of database;

7. Good ability of customer communication and demand guidance;

8. Master end-to-end business process and wireless communication network architecture

9. Familiar with CS or PS business and signaling process
